Need Official Warrant Information?

Choose the office by record type. The county does not publish one warrant counter that can answer for every court.

  • Felony or district-court case: call the District Clerk, which keeps District Court criminal case files.
  • County-court record: call the County Clerk and identify the case or document needed.
  • Missed city-court date: contact the municipal court named on the citation; each city court controls its own file.
  • Current custody or booking: contact the Sheriff’s Office. Its online inmate roster is not a complete active-warrant list.
  • Recall, surrender, or legal options: ask the issuing court and consult a licensed Texas attorney.
